Made-to-order eggs that were delicious. We did experience a slight delay during check-in, made our arrival a bit frustrating.

The location is unique, the entire inner city area is within walking distance. Just great. The rooms were generously cut and not used. The hotel's not sensitive, so we got a great night's sleep. Victoria is a beautiful city that can only be recommended. Next year we will come back to Vancouver Island and will stop at this hotel again. On VI one should also take time for the area around Tofino.

perfectly situated for weekend adventures in victoria

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the beautiful Inner Harbour and the fine Royal BC Museum, made my weekend explorations so enjoyable. The suite was modern and had a view of the gorgeous Legislature buildings, especially beautiful at night.

Everything was perfect. The best Hilton.

Updated and spacious room with a tub, fridge, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Attentive services, the private parking was available onsite.

The kids had a blast at Beacon Hill Park, only 10 minutes from the hotel. Especially during the Deuce Days Car Show, offering great tips and assistance.

My children wanted more amenities tailored for families, like a kids' club or play area.

The seaview and the staying downtown with many restaurants in walking distance.

Difficult to find front lobby and which parking lot to use.

The place is fabulous, the staff are very welcoming.

The property is clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is more than adequate. Airy and spotless rooms are accompanied by friendly service. The location is great and lovely, 1 km from Inner Harbour. It's based in downtown area, down to the inner harbor.

Solid selection for a weekend in Victoria with good value. The staff were really friendly and helpful, holding our luggage for hours after check-out. For less noise, try to get a room higher up.

Large family room, the sofa couch is sufficient for a short stay.

Attention: Noise from the street can also be heard on high floors. Poor window insulation. Typical Canada/USA. Anyone who can sleep with air conditioning smoke will have no problems here either. Otherwise back out of the main street and take view room.

Rooms were nice, comfortable, clean and well equipped, some with balcony, the location in the center is great, everything is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, everything is a bit nosy, as so often in this type of hotels, air conditioning, neighbors and activities in the corridors are pretty good to hear and understand.

We had a lovely time at this hotel with a comfortable family suite that had fantastic views! The kids loved the pool, and I personally enjoyed the gym for some relaxation after a long day.
